I launched this book the same night I opened my clinic in Surry Hills – April 4, 2004 – and here I am writing this post here a decade later. Zooooom. Thank you all for the continued and growing support over this time. It proves that we really do want to eat delicious food that is good for us, and the planet. Never again do they need to be mutually exclusive.
