Super natural brekky for me (as usual). On a spelt Mountain Bread wrap I spread some organic labna (Arabic yoghurt cheese) by #barambahdairy then an egg, wilted baby spinach, cucumber, Made In Hemp Canadian hemp seeds, and finished off with spring onions. Ready for the long, long beach walk that is planned for this perfect day in the Byron hinterland. @janellassupernaturalfood
