Talk about a whole lotta wholesome, easy to digest goodness packed into one delicious morsel. Use my basic Bliss Ball recipe and add about 1 cup sprouted quinoa, then add things like 1/2 cup of raw cacao powder, 2 tbsp maca, 1/3 each of hemp and chia seeds, 2tbsp coconut oil, #lifestream’s ‘Essential Greens’ powder (coz it takes the best).
