The right prep’ will make your life so much easier and ensure you get to have your smoothies most days, or wherever you want – rather than when time allows.
Your freezer is your friend. Use whatever containers or bags you like. I prefer using glass, (rectangle and flat so they stack well) but it depends on how much room you have in your freezer. There are BPA free plastic bags available now and other eco storage options – like cloth bags.
And the muffin trays are great also. Just run hot water over the back and they’ll easily pop out.
